A Workforce Initiative Built on Trust, Equity, & Access

Workforce development that meets people where they are.

Grace Community Outreach & C2C Workforce are partnering to close the opportunity gap across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, & New Mexico through a scalable, community-rooted model of workforce development. Together, we connect youth, veterans, and adult learners to career-aligned training, hands-on apprenticeships, and direct job placement in industries with urgent workforce needs.

Our pathways are intentionally built for individuals often left out of traditional education systems—providing accessible certifications, comprehensive wraparound support, and a clear, supported bridge from training to long-term employment.

Access Is the First Step to Opportunity

Our program shows up where people need it most and helps them take the next step.

We host resource pop-ups, lead hands-on workshops, and create safe spaces where anyone can ask questions and get help without judgment. Our team helps participants enroll in health plans, access housing resources, build job readiness, and connect with support across different systems.
